Returns & Refunds

We want you to be certain about every piece.

14-day returns Return any item within 14 days of delivery, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original condition.

Return shipping Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong piece — in which case we cover it.

Refunds Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving your return. Exchanges and store credit are available on request. Heavily discounted items are final sale.
